Father Bills & MainSpring is committed to moving people out of temporary shelters and into a home of their own. We believe in the innovative Housing First approach to ending homelessness. On the South Shore, we have more than 200 units of supportive housing. We also own the only emergency shelter for teens and provide housing for victims of domestic violence.

One significant benefit of the merger is that Father Bill's Place has employed the Housing First model for several years and is bringing this experience across Southeastern Massachusetts. We are in the process of adding more than 32 housing units for the men and women currently staying at MainSpring House.
